JML inspection is a provider of non destructive and welding inspection, as well as 3rd party vendor and witness monitoring.

 

On site and off site inspections can be conducted in the following techniques:

 

• Magnetic Particle Inspection – MPI / MT

• Dye Penetrant Inspection – DPI / PT

• Ultrasonics – Welds 3.1 3.2 3.7 3.8 3.9 / Castings / Forgings – UT

• Radiography & Interpretation - RT

• Visual / Welding Inspection – CSWIP 3.1 3.2

 

All of our technicians are qualified to PCN and CSWIP for NDT and Visual requirements.

All company procedures are in line with British and European standards and have been approved and signed by a level 3 engineer in the appropriate techniques

 

We can also advise and organise the following destructive techniques in co-operation with UKAS certified test laboratory:

• Bend Testing

• Impact / Charpy Testing

• Tensile Testing

• Macro/Micro

• Hardness Surveys

• Ferrite Count / Metallography

• Fracture testing

• And other testing as required.
